Brief Bio: Horse is a team of corporate espionage/trouble makers. 
Originally they were in it for profit. They wouldn't steal, but 
were hired by a given corporation to go after another. Their 
motto was: "Good people hired by bad people to go after other bad 
people." After the Ross-Tech score (in which the did steal) they 
had enough money to be more choosy. They now could go after 
companies for moral reasons, or just because it's fun. Justice 
was aware of the group and secretly condoned it. He had a spy 
planted in it (one of the newer members) and believed it to be a 
useful tool to keep large corporations in line.
