  • Ancestor of Duane Smithson starts collecting DNA samples from superheroes (i.e. blood & skin samples left lying around after battles)

  • DNA storage matrix created by Professors Arnold Jasper, Jason Alverez, Richard Clark, & Jacob Kiemschies (J.A.C.K) to store the DNA of superheroes. Matrix meant for convenience only. Turns out to be self replicating (like individual DNA) to everyone's surprise. It was supposed to be JUST ANOTHER CRAZY KLUGE (J.A.C.K.).

  • Iron Jack is 1st "test tube" Jack clone successfully created. It was impossible to create a clone with the entire genetic matrix, and only a partial one was used. He is grown at a slightly accelerated rate, spending several years in a gestation tank. The process requires genetic manipulation to correct imperfections. This requires constant access to Jack Ordway as a living template.
  • Jack starts college under a Ross-Tech scholarship

  • Iron Jack has first outing, fights Damage, Damage uses the fight to infiltrate Ross-Tech, causes major damage to the building in his escape. Jack figures out his wife Sarah is pregnant

  • Damage exposed to Kryptonite. It is discovered that though prolonged exposure would be lethal, short term exposure actually strengthens him. It is hinted at that Justice allowed Damage to be exposed to Kryptonite.
  • Big Jack's first outing, killed by Duane Smithson
  • Iron Jack goes rogue
  • All other J.A.C.K. clones killed.

  • Ross-Tech attacked
  • Lori & Sarah Ordway freed
  • Ross-Tech destroyed; Duane Smithson financially ruined, becomes a low level Justice League bureaucrat.
  • Horse Members now rich
  • Some members of Ross-Tech security join Horse; Justice is okay with this scenario, and plans to use Horse as yet another method to keep the corporate world in line. One of the Ross-Tech guards who joins Horse is really a Justice League spy.
  • Jack Ordway and family go on "vacation"

  • Iron Jack is working as a freelance mercenary. He changes his code name to Bullet
